Every resident of this state who served not less than 90 days in the armed forces of the United States in any qualifying war or armed conflict listed under "Qualified Wars & Armed Conflicts" and was honorably discharged, or an officer honorably separated from service; or the spouse or surviving spouse of such resident.
A member of National Guard or Reserve provided that Title 10 training was for active duty.
A veteran of Allied Forces, otherwise qualified as above, who was a citizen of the United States or resident of New Hampshire at time of entry and served on active duty in the armed forces of any of the governments associated with the United States.
Husband and wife, each qualifying for a tax credit, are each entitled to receive a tax credit upon their residential real estate.
Every resident of this state who is rated totally and permanently disabled due to a service-connected injury; or the surviving spouse of such resident.
The surviving spouse of any resident who was killed or died while on active duty in the armed forces of the United States.
Veteran who is totally and permanently disabled from service connection and who is a double amputee of the upper or lower extremities or any combination thereof, paraplegic or blindness of both eyes and owns specially adapted homestead acquired with the assistance of the Veterans’ Administration; or person’s surviving spouse.
