Welcome to "YourGOV", the Citizens Service Request Center!
The City of Nashua has launched a brand new service, YourGOV, to allow our citizens an easy and efficient way to reach us and have your questions answered. Technology has become such an important communications tool and The City of Nashua is harnessing this tool to help provide you with an even greater level of customer service.
The Citizens Service Request Center is an online resource for you to report issues or request services Anytime, Anywhere. Simply follow the instructions below to register and submit your request (or issue) and it will be sent to the proper City Department for review and action.
How to Sign Up
Signing up for this service is easy! Just follow the instructions below.
Open the Citizen Service Request Page and click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
Enter your information in the sign up box to create an account.
In the search bar at the top of the page, type: Nashua, NH. This will bring up a detailed map of currently reported issues.
To add an issue, click the "+" symbol on the top lefthand side of the page.
Complete the form providing the details of your issue, and then click "Submit"
Users of the Apple iPhone™ can download the free YourGOV iPhone app in the iTunes App Store. Users of Android™ enabled smartphones can download the free YourGOV app in the Google Play Store or Amazon App Store.
