In July, 2009 Mayor Lozeau and the Board of Aldermen signed an ordinance creating the Services Advisory Committee (SAC) and empowering them to determine if a Business Improvement District (BID) should be established in Downtown Nashua. Mayor Lozeau also charged the Committee to look at all options to improve Downtown.

The SAC, made up of both Downtown Nashua property owners and business owners, has been working over the last nine months on a plan to transition Downtown Nashua from good to great! A draft report has been prepared and will be released Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
