November 7th Municipal Election Information


The City of Nashua will conduct its Municipal General Election on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.  All polls in the City will be opened from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.


Polling Locations:

Sample Ballot:   

To see a sample ballot of your ward please click on this link: http://www.nashuanh.gov/195/Elections and scroll down as you will see the sample ballots on the right side. Please note that the ballot is two pages as candidates will appear on the first page and questions on the second. 


Absentee Ballots:

If a voter qualifies for an absentee ballot, these ballots are now available in our office. To find out more information about absentee ballots and for an application, please click on this link: http://www.nashuanh.gov/199/Absentee-Ballots. The City Clerk’s Office cannot issue an absentee ballot without a signed application. The applicant’s voting domicile, on the application, must match what we have on file or it will be rejected.


Voter Registration:  

The City Clerk is pleased to announce extended voter registration hours in advance of the Municipal General Election. The last day to register to vote or make any changes to your voter registration is Saturday, October 28th. Please click on this link: http://www.nashuanh.gov/206/Voter-Registration for more information on how to register to vote, our office hours and a flyer providing you with the extended hours.  If a voter wants to see if they are registered to vote, to see which party they are affiliated with, to track an absentee ballot or to find their polling place, they can visit the Secretary of State’s Voter Information Look-up website at: https://app.sos.nh.gov/Public/PollingPlaceSearch.aspx.


Free Rides to the Polls:

The City Clerk’s Office is also pleased to announce that the Nashua Transit System will again be providing voters free rides to the polls on the fixed route system.
