The Nashua Transit Center located at 30 Elm St in Nashua, NH will be undergoing significant renovations throughout Summer 2021- Winter 2022. This page will be regularly updated with construction details as the project progresses.

July 26, 2021 - September 3, 2021Phase 1
  • Exterior Construction begins.
  • Parking lot behind City Hall will be closed July 26-30. No vehicle access.
  • Both entrances to the Elm St Parking Garage will be open.
  •  Effective 8/2/2021: Pedestrian access to City Hall will be via Garden St. or to the back entrance via temporary crosswalks on Elm St.
September 6, 2021 - September 30, 2021Phase 2
  • Both entrances to the Elm St Parking Garage will be open.
  • Pedestrian access to City Hall is via Garden St. or to the back entrance via temporary crosswalks on Elm St.
October 1, 2021 - November 1, 2021Phase 3
  • North entrance to Elm St. Parking Garage (across from Picanha's) is open. South entrance (facing the Transit Center) will be closed.
  • Pedestrian access to City Hall via the Transit Center sidewalk to Garden St. or the back entrance to City Hall via temporary crosswalks on Elm St.
November 1, 2021 -November 9, 2021Phase 4
  • North entrance to Elm St. Parking Garage (across from Picanha's) is open. South entrance (facing the Transit Center) will be closed.
  • Contractor to pave entire surface area surrounding the Transit Center.
  • Pedestrian access to City Hall via the Transit Center sidewalk to Garden St. or the back entrance to City Hall via temporary crosswalks on Elm St.
