Guide:

  1. For the best results, start by typing the street name of the property you wish to search. Click on the desired street name when it appears.
  2. Next, start typing the address number and click on the suggested number you want when it appears.
  3. Then select the type of document you wish to view for that property.
  4. Lastly, you may use the Full Text search to enter any additional information you wish to search for. NOTE: For scanned documents, full text search might be limited due to pixelated, illegible letters, or handwriting that may not be available as searchable optical text.
  5. Expand the “+ More” tab to search by Year or by Account Number.
  6. Click on the Search button to run the search. If no results are found, documents might not yet be available in the database or you can try different/less search criteria for a broader search. More broad searches may take a little longer to load.
  7. Click on the “eye” icon to view, open, or download the document.
  8. If the result list is long, click the arrows to sort the list ascending/descending by alphabetical/numeric order.
