Genasys Protect Emergency Notification System

Genasys Protect is the system that the city of Nashua uses to disseminate public safety information in the city. It is used to notify residents via phone call, text, email, or app alert of parking bans during snow storms, evacuation and shelter information, road closures during an emergency, and other pertinent public safety information. 

Using this link: https://nashuanh.genasys.com/portal/en, you can register for alerts, update your account information, and unsubscribe from alerts. 

Additionally, on your phone, download the Genasys Protect app to easily manage your information and monitor alerts.


If you have a power outage, contact Eversource at 800-662-7764 or access their online resource. Additionally you can view their Power Outage Map for more details.

If you have a water outage, contact Pennichuck at 800-553-5191.
