[ARCHIVED] Solid Waste Department Closed on Columbus Day

The Division of Public Works, Solid Waste Department, will be closed on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 for the Columbus Day holiday.  The Four Hills Landfill / Nashua Recycling Center will be closed on that day and there will be no collections at curbside.   Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 9.    Collections of recyclables, trash and soft yard wastes will be delayed by one day during the week, with Monday's routes picked up on Tuesday, Oct. 9, Tuesday's routes on Wednesday, Oct. 10, Wednesday's routes on Thursday, Oct. 11, and Thursday's routes on Friday, Oct. 12; Friday's routes will be collected on Saturday, Oct. 13.    For further information on the Solid Waste Department, please call 589-3410, or check the City’s website, www.NashuaNH.gov.
