I get no resolution to my complaint from Comcast Customer Service over the phone or via the internet, what can I do?
Comcast provides a customer support center in Nashua at 219 Daniel Webster Highway where you can speak in person with a Comcast representative who will work with billing and service issues. The service center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
