Day Lease Parking Permit Application

  1. Customer information
    • Failure to properly display the parking permit will result in the vehicle being ticketed NRO 320-47. Garage and surface lot parking permits shall be displayed in a vehicle by hanging the permit from the rear view mirror of the vehicle. Acceptance of a parking permit releases the City of Nashua or its agents of any responsibility for damages to or loss of any vehicle, its contents or accessories from any cause whatsoever.
    • All permits remain the property of the City of Nashua. Parking Permit(s) must be turned in to the City of Nashua Parking Department immediately upon termination of the Parking Agreement and/or prior to the first day of the next unpaid billing cycle. Failure to do so may result in additional fees incurred.
    • There will be a $10 fee if a permit is lost, stolen, or not returned upon cancellation.
  2. Payment Information
    • Customers will receive a courtesy monthly or quarterly invoice from the City of Nashua Treasurer's Office.
    • Individuals are billed monthly and may choose to be billed quarterly. *Business customers are billed quarterly.
    • Fees must be prepaid and are not pro-ratable.
    • Permits are non-transferable, and the permit holder is responsible for ensuring timely renewal of permit(s). Failure to pay in advance of the permit period may result in the revocation of the permit(s) and the permit holder's vehicle may be subsequently ticketed and/or towed if their vehicle remains in the reserved area of the parking garage and/or lot.
    • Payments made by check should be made payable to "City of Nashua, Lease Parking".
  3. Customer Responsibility
    • To provide updated and accurate contact information.
    • To provide copy of registration, license plate number, make and model of vehicle(s) for each permit issued.
    • To provide a current mailing address, email address, and telephone number at which you can be reached.
  4. Covered/Uncovered Garage and Surface Lots
    • Daily time limit for which all of these reserved parking spaces are leased shall be from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
    • Vehicles parking in any City of Nashua Municipal Parking Garage or Surface Lot must be registered, inspected and in running order. NRO 320-47 & 320-77. License plates and inspection stickers must be visible.
    • Vehicle Abandonment Prohibited. Any motor vehicle which remains standing in one place for more than 48 hours under circumstances which would lead a reasonable person to conclude that the vehicle has been abandoned. NRO 315-1 & 315-2
    • Uncovered (roof) Garage or Surface Lot customers must adhere to any snow ban put into effect.
    • Vehicles shall be immediately removed from the uncovered or surface lot spaces during such a ban.
    • During snow bans vehicles may park in any available covered, metered or non-metered space, in the City of Nashua Parking Garages (handicap spaces excluded). NRO 320-67
    • The reserved parking space regulations shall not apply between the hours of 5pm and 7am, on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. NRO 320-47
