The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) specifies that buildings within a School District be inspected every three years by a certified consultant firm. The inspection will result in a report updating the Asbestos Management Plan currently in existence for each building. The District is releasing this RFP for inspection services related to this three year inspection.
